He then worked as a Quality Manager for Low and Bonar having trained in industrial management. During this period he successfully introduced ISO9002 and went on to integrate environment and Health and Safety Management Systems. Whilst doing this he completed an MSc. in Environmental Management.

David is the Managing Director of the company which he founded in 2004. His background has been based primarily in the packaging industry, although he started his career working for a masterbatch and printing ink manufacture where he trained as an industrial chemist.

Prior to founding Pac-hs, he worked for Marks & Spencer as a packaging consultant a role which he held for 5 years. He holds the status of both Chartered Chemist and Scientist.

In his spare time he has in recent times been involved

in ski racing which both his sons have competed in, being a keen skier himself. He is a keen football supporter following his local team as a season ticket holder.

He has also spent the last three years learning the game of tennis and also enjoys cycling and swimming.
